All my prices are in USD, if this is not your currency, please calculate it on your own via Google or PayPal. I will only accept USD, as other currencies aren’t worth anything to me at this time. As of this moment, I ONLY take payment via Paypal. Artwork will NOT be sent until payment is received and I get the notification. I will request payment after the sketch is approved and if not sent then, I will request again when the piece is nearly done.

Commissioners, traders, requesters, and any other clients DO NOT have permission to mint/sell their art piece(s) for NFT. Doing so will result in a permanent ban from any other purchases and interactions.

PLEASE pay under Goods and Services. This is required by PayPal and although I don’t deal with refunds, this is a service and I could get into trouble by not requiring Goods and Services. This also protects you as a customer. You can pay with Friends and Family if you would like, as I cannot stop you, but this is really meant for friends and family.

I am NOT liable for sending files again if I have already done so in the past, as I may not have the file saved anymore after several months have passed. I send files via email, so they can be easily searched for, in full resolution and not lost unless you delete the email(s).

If you purchase an adopt/custom from me, feel free to use it however you want, just credit me for the original design. I don’t care if someone on my blacklist gets ownership, so long as they take good care of it.

I can refuse a commission from anyone for any reason or no reason at all. I do NOT need to give an explanation, but whether I do or not, please respect my decision.

I will NOT draw: humans(unless we are close friends), mecha, hate speech art(includes: racism, homophobia, nazism, gang symbols, ect.), stolen characters.

I will draw: feral animals, anthro animals, my little pony characters, gore, shipart, fanart, and artistic nudity(Including NSFW, legal ID is needed to purchase.)

Anything not listed above of what I will and will not draw, feel free to ask me about.

I will ONLY trade with mutuals and close friends. I just trust those people more than others. If you are a friend or mutual and request to trade, I would prefer to have at least a sketch done or the full piece done on your side before I send mine. If you fail to complete the trade, I will temporarily blacklist you on trades.

I will NOT issue refunds since I typically take money after work is nearly complete. If you try to take back your money after the commission is completed and sent, You will be put onto my blacklist.

Being blacklisted means: You will not be allowed to commission me, trade with me, or interact with me. You may own designs by me if bought from someone who has ownership of one, but no purchasing designs made after blacklisting. I currently have an empty blacklist, so let’s keep it that way.

Q: How long will my commission take?

A: It can take anywhere between 3 days and a few months, it depends on how busy I am with life and other commissions. I have a fairly busy home life and as an artist, I sometimes run out of motivation.

Q: Will you send me updates on the work?

A: Yes! I always try to send updates, unless it’s supposed to be an artistic liberty piece/ you request otherwise.

Q: I’ve been blacklisted, when will I be allowed to get work from you again?

A: When the issue has resolved and I feel you are trustworthy again, you may get work from me.

Q: Can you draw my character for free?

A: No, not unless we are close friends, mutuals, or someone I’m a fan of and willing to make fanart for. Another way is to keep an eye out for sketch request openings. They are rare but do happen.

Q: You didn’t draw my character correctly/ you forgot something, is there any way you can fix it?

A: Sure! So long as it won’t change the whole piece, like pose changing. I don’t mind fixing markings, off-colored bits, and other small things. If the character design has changed during the commission process and its almost done, then that will be for us to discuss.

Q: I want an artistic nudity piece, what are the requirements?

A: 18+ for NSFW content, and send me an image of your legal ID for proof, you can cover DL # or other info, but name and D.O.B. are required.

Q: I really want to get art from you to support your work but can’t afford to, how else can I be supportive?

A: Turn on post notifications, like my posts, comment, share my posts, just be active and friendly! Warning, I don’t really care to chat in dms a ton, so unless you are a commissioner, I likely won’t chat much.
